CALL TO ORDER

The meeting is called to order at 7:06 pm. Auditors present are Kathryn Shaifer, Erin Lovern and Adam Morrow.

CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA

No changes.

OLD BUSINESS

The auditors reviewed their findings during the audit and shared answers to any outstanding questions.

NEW BUSINESS

Erin Lovern presents the auditors’ report, which Kathryn and Adam had already read through and confirmed previous to tonight’s meeting. All three signed the report.

HEARING OF VISITORS

No visitors.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 7:27 PM.
