        BOARD OF CIVIL AUTHORITY HEARING

                TAX APPEAL – FINAL DECISION

                 Thursday, August 7, 2014

             7:15 p.m. at the Town Office Conference Room

Pursuant to the provisions of 32 V.S.A., Section 4404(b), notice is hereby given that the Board of Civil Authority within and for the Town of Halifax will on the 7th day of August A.D. 2014 at 7:15 P.M. or thereabouts will meet at the Town Office in the Town of Halifax to hear the report of the inspection committee and to make a final decision for the 2014 Grand List of the Town of Halifax regarding the tax appeal filed by Chester J. Eichler that has previously been heard.
