PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES – DRAFT

June 20, 2024

CALL TO ORDER:

Vice Chair Bill Pusey called the meeting to order at 8:13 PM. Other board members present were, Kaitlin Stone, Tommy Fox & Elijah Summers. Tina Blais, Edee Edwards, Kyle Farnsworth and Stephan Chait were also in attendance.

CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:

None

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:

The Board approved the minutes from April 9, 2024 as written.

NEW BUSINESS:

The board was reorganized with Stone making a motion to appoint Fox as the Chair. Pusey Seconded. Motion passed 3-0 wi65h Fox abstaining. Pusey will remain as Vie-Chair.

Edwards briefly went over the Open Meeting Law changes beginning 7/1/24 and making some small changes to the PC portion of the Town website.
