- Minutes from April 12, 2021
NEW BUSINESS:
- Mickey Yurkevicz to talk about a subdivision of his property on Metcalf Lane.
- John Kuhn to ask questions about zoning regs concerning a rural residential parcel on Aldrich Rd, 524. John is looking into manufacturing Cannabis and would like to discuss this with the board.
- Katherine Aillon to discuss a property at 1381 McMillan Rd. She is looking into purchasing this parcel but is concerned that it is not a buildable lot as it only has 200 ft of rd frontage.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Tina Blais, Secretary to the ZBA to report on Zoning information she received about what other towns are doing for tiny houses and Air B&B establishments.
