ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING MINUTES – DRAFT

FEBRUARY 11, 2025

CALL TO ORDER:

Chairman Tommy Fox called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM. Other board members present were William Pusey, Kaitlin Stone, Eli Summers, and Matt Gancz. Tina Blais ZBA Secretary, Nancy McCrea, & Diana Conway were also in attendance.

CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:

The Board approved the minutes from 01/14/2025 as written. Fox made the motion to accept minutes as written. Summers seconded, motion passed 5-0.

NEW BUSINESS:

Fox tabled the grant discussion until the March meeting at which time he will have more information.

There was discussion on Boundary Line Adjustment permit application, 25-1. The permit was submitted for a boundary line adjustment for a little over 3 acres. The question was, do they need a subdivision hearing for this or can it just be a simple adjustment. No property abutters were affected by the boundary adjustment.  Fox made a motion to allow the Boundary Line Adjustment to take place without a subdivision hearing. Summers seconded, Motion passed 5-0. Gancz suggested that the property abutters get an informational letter letting them know of the adjustment. Blais will take care of that.

The date for the Conditional Use Permit 24-31, hearing was set for March 11, 2025 at 6:30 PM. This permit concerns a potential camp ground on Thurber RD.

There was a short discussion on waste water mostly in the case of Tiny Houses, Camps, and RVs. It was suggested that they have a specialist come in and answer any questions they have.
