The meeting was convened at 8:15 AM. Board members in attendance were Lewis Sumner, Earl Holtz and Edee Edwards.  Also in attendance at this DEHMS Vermont Yankee Drill were John LaFlamme, Andy Rice, Patty Dow, Frank Maltese, Travis Briggs, Sue Kelly, Wayne Courser, and evaluator Carla Straight-Messer.

Holtz made a motion to enter executive session for the purpose of a DEHMS drill with the above named individuals where public knowledge of the event could adversely impact public safety. Edwards seconded it. The motion carried 3-0.

At 1:27 PM, the board left executive session. No decisions were made.

Edwards realized and stated that the meeting had likely not been warned properly, since Holtz had not had it on his calendar until last night’s Selectboard meeting. This will need to be ratified at a future meeting.

The meeting was closed at 1:29 PM.
