CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. Selectboard members present were Lewis Sumner, Peter Silverberg, and Brad Rafus. Also in attendance was Tina Blais.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Sumner made a motion to go into executive session. Silverberg seconded, the motion passed 3-0. The board exited the session at 6:17 with no decisions made.

Sumner continued the meeting to 7:00 PM at the Halifax Town Garage

The meeting was called to order and continued at the Halifax Town Garage at 7:00 PM. Selectboard members present were Lewis Sumner, Peter Silverberg, and Brad Rafus. Tina & Paul Blais, Peggy Rafus, Jessica Cooney, Tristan Roberts, E. Turner Lewis, Stephan Chait, Deb & Chum Sumner, Penfield Chester, Lesley Pollitt, Linda Lyon, Everett Wilson, Raymond Combs, Monica & Malcolm Sumner, Nancy Thomas, Marilyn Allen, Gretchen Becker, Douglas & Marilou Parkhurst, April Dupuis, Sue Kelly, Matt Maranian, Diana Todd, Kathy McLean, Cara Cheyette, Tristan Roberts, Matthew Stewart, Eddie Edwards, Robbin Gabriel, Mary Brewster, Craig Wells, Maria Stewart and Ken Duncan were present in person, by phone or video.

Sumner informed the public that the board met with a candidate, Tina Blais, for the positions of Secretary and Administrative Assistant to the Selectboard. Sumner then made a motion to hire Blais for both the Secretary and Administrative Assistant to the Selectboard positions. Silverberg seconded the motion which passed 3-0.

Adjournment

Sumner made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:03 PM, Rafus seconded, the motion passed 3-0.
