PLANNING COMMISSION MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES

MAY 9, 2023

CALL TO ORDER:

Turner Lewis, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:03 PM. Planning Commission members also present were William Pusey, Kaitlin Stone & Tommy Fox. Thomas Teft was not in attendance. Others present were Tina Blais, Edee Edwards, & Mike Connelly from WRC.

CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:

None

APPROVAL OF REGULAR MEETING MINUTES:

Fox made a motion to accept the minutes from April 11, 2023, as written. Pusey seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0 with Stone abstaining.

NEW BUSINESS:

Mike Connelly was in attendance from WRC to discuss progress and planning for the Town Plan. Connelly passed out a Findings, Recommendations, and Comments sheet from WRC that was created after the Town plan was last updated in May of 2019.  This was a Q&A session to get input on the progress of the Town Plan from the commissioners.

Commissioners decided on May 30, 2023 at 5:00 PM for the Kline subdivision hearing.
