Zoning Board of Adjustment members Kaitlin Stone, Patricia Dow, Alice Aldrich, Zoning Administrator William Moore, and Robbin Gabriel met at 12:00 noon at the Town Office and traveled to 1377 Branch Road, where they were joined by property owner Gary Rand for an inspection of a proposed garage construction site. Board members walked the boundaries of the site, took measurements, and discussed project details with Rand. A public hearing on a variance application for the project will be held at 7:00 p.m. on December 12, 2017, in the Town Office.

The inspection was completed at 12:19 p.m.
