Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:07 p.m. Zoning Board members Turner Lewis, Bill Pusey, Kaitlin Stone, Patricia Dow, and Alice Aldrich were present, as were Town Attorney Robert Fisher, and Robbin Gabriel.

Changes and Additions to Agenda

None.

New Business

ZBA Deliberative Session
Bill Pusey made a motion to enter deliberative session, and include Attorney Fisher and Gabriel. Kaitlin Stone seconded the motion, which passed, 5-0.

The Board entered deliberative session at 6:08 p.m. They exited the session at 6:39 p.m, with no decisions made.

Bill Pusey made a motion to grant the Bonnie Lemay appeal of the first Zoning Administrator notice of violation decision dated 11/17/17, while allowing the Zoning Administrator’s notice of violation decision dated 1/12/18, which was not appealed, to stand. Patty Dow seconded the motion, which passed, 5-0.
