Call to Order

The meeting called to order at 7:01 p.m. Zoning Board of Adjustment members Turner Lewis, Bill Pusey, Kaitlin Stone, and Tommy Fox attended. Jason Ashcroft was unable to attend. Tina Blais, Paul Blais also attended.

Changes and Additions to Agenda

None.

Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes

Lewis made a motion to approve the revised December 9, 2020 regular meeting minutes as written. Fox seconded the motion, which passed 4-0. Fox made a motion to approve the January 4 hearing, 2021 hearing minutes as written. Pusey seconded the motion, which passed 3-0 with Stone abstaining. Fox made a motion to accept the January 12, 2021 regular meeting minutes as written. Pusey seconded, which passed 4-0. Fox made a motion to accept the special meeting minutes from January 13, 2021 as written. Pusey seconded, the motion passed 3-0 with Stone abstaining.

Old Business

 Fox made a motion to deny the Draleaus Zoning Appeal. Pusey seconded, motion passed 3-0 with Stone abstaining.
