PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES – DRAFT
JULY 13, 2021
CALL TO ORDER:
Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:55 P.M.
CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO AGENDA:
Lewis made a motion to add the minutes of 1/12/21, 2/9/21, & 2/16/21 to the agenda to be approved.
APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES:
Fox made a motion to accept the meeting minutes from 1/12/21, 2/9/21, & 2/16/21 as written. Stone 2nd. Motion passed 4-0 with Tefft abstaining.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Commissioners discussed the Municipal Planning Grant. What the grant could be used for and how many years it has been since the Zoning regs were set. The Commissioners all agreed that they will all brain storm and look into the info on the grant website to try to find ways to utilize the funds. Lewis said that the application for the grant will not be available until August. They will revisit the topic at the August meeting.
