NOTICE OF HEARING FOR A SUBDIVISSION PERMIT

 

John J. Kuhn and Julie K. Macdonald, of 125 Mayweed Rd, Fairfield Connecticut, 06824 and 2 Daybreak Lane, Westport, Connecticut, 86880 have submitted an application for a subdivision for property located at 524 Aldrich Road in the Town of Halifax. The proposed project describes as follows, Taking a 150.3 +/- acre lot and subdividing into two lots. Lot #C2 being 119.6+/- acres with 1600 +/- FT of road frontage. Lot C1 being 30.7 +/- acres with an existing 50 FT Right-Of-Way currently accessing this property and will be used as the sole access to lot C1.

The Town of Halifax Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on this application on September 12, 2023. There will be a hearing at 7:00 PM at the Halifax Town Office conference room located at 246 Branch Road. A copy of the application and additional information can be obtained at the Halifax Town Office, Halifax, Vermont.

 

Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. 4464(a)(1)(c), participation in this local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
