Auditor Special Meeting Minutes
Friday, January 9, 2015, 6:00 p.m. at the Town Office

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Auditors Sarah L Barnett, April Sumner Dupuis, and Alane Smith were present.

Changes and/or Additions to Agenda

None.

New Business

Auditors discussed that card stock will be purchased to create post card mailings. Wordage of the post card was decided.

Auditors reviewed organizations letters based on their request for funds to be put into the town report.

Other Business

Alane Smith gave her official resignation to all committee members. Possible runners for position were discussed to try to get them to run and be put on ballot for town meeting.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 6:48 p.m.
