Auditor Regular Meeting Minutes
Thursday, November 19, 2015, 7:00 p.m. at the Town Office

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. Auditors Sarah L. Barnett, April Sumner Dupuis, and Diane Longe were present.

Changes and/or Additions to Agenda

2015 Budget was proposed to submit to select board.

New Business

Auditors reviewed organizations requesting funds last year and generated letters based on their requests.

Auditors reviewed the town books. It was a lengthy process. Auditors did have some follow-up items to discuss with the Treasurer.

Auditors reviewed other items that were presented to the department.

Other Business

Appointment was proposed to review delinquent tax collector’s books.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
