Auditors – Erin Lovern, Charles Lee Todd II

The meeting was called to order at 5:11 pm.

Charles “Lee” Todd was selected as Chair.

Financial statements, records, and bank statements made available by the Town Treasurer, covering business of the Select Board, Highway Department, and Cemetery Commission were reviewed.

Reports and financial records provided by the Trustees of Public Funds were reviewed.

Reports provided by the Delinquent Tax Collector were reviewed.

The meeting adjourned at 8:02 pm.
