TOWN OF HALIFAX, VERMONT

PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

AUGUST 8, 2023

CALL TO ORDER:  Chairman Turner Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:09 PM. Other board members present were William Pusey, Tommy Fox, & Thomas Tefft. Kaitlin Stone was not in attendance. Tina Blais ZBA Secretary, was also in attendance.

CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:

None

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:

• The board approved the minutes from the May 9, 2023 regular meeting as written.

NEW BUSINESS:

• The date for the Kuhn/MacDonald subdivision was set for September 12, 2023 at 7:00 PM.
• The date for the Kuhn/MacDonald/Boyd Boundary Line Adjustment was set for September 12, 2023 directly following the Kuhn/MacDonald subdivision hearing.

OLD BUSINESS:

None

None

ADJOURNMENT:

The meeting adjourned at 7:19 PM.
