MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER – 1:32 pm

APPROVAL OF MINUTES – from meeting on Sept. 22, 2023

CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO AGENDA – None.

NEW BUSINESS

Expenses and income in FYE2023 & FYE2024 to date were reviewed.

Plan activities for FYE2025 – the commission reviewed LS’s list of cemetery needs and prioritized them.

Review draft Report to Select Board – LAC will revise the narrative to reflect the season, March 2023-October 2023, but keep the numbers by FYE per Patrick’s suggestion, and incorporate the final numbers.

Commissioners will visit each cemetery to assess them for next year’s needs.

OLD BUSINESS

VOCA grant – LC will call Wimmelman about the Hatch bid. GR will call Dacey about Hatch bid.

OTHER BUSINESS – None.
