PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES
March 10, 2020
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. Planning Commission members Turner Lewis, Bill Pusey, Kaitlin Stone, and Tommy Fox attended. Tina Blais, Paul Blais, and Keith Stone were also present.
Changes and Additions to Agenda
None.
Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
Pusey made a motion to approve the February 11, 2020 regular meeting minutes as written. Fox seconded the motion, which passed 4-0.
New Business
None.
Old Business
None.
Other Business
A Zoning Board meeting was scheduled for March 23, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the town office.
Hearing of Visitors
Keith Stone had a question for the Zoning Board; he will come back on March 23rd when there is aZoning Board meeting scheduled.
Paul Blais suggested that we go back to scheduling Planning Commission Meetings and Zoning Board meetings one after the other monthly.
