CALL TO ORDER

• Turner Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.  Planning Commissioners Turner Lewis, Bill Pusey, Kaitlin Stone and Tommy Fox were present. Jason Ashcroft was not in attendance. Also in attendance were Tina Blais, Paul Blais.

CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES

• Fox made a motion to accept the minutes from the October 2, 2020 hearing minutes as written. Pusey seconded the motion, which passed 3-0 with Stone abstaining.

NEW BUSINESS

TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION

• Lewis opened discussion on the Vaughn RD subdivision.  The Commissioners agreed that everything looked in order for the October 27 hearing.

• Pusey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:07 p.m. Fox seconded the motion which passed 4-0.
