Call to Order

Turner Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:22 p.m. Planning Commission members Turner Lewis, Bill Pusey, Kaitlin Stone, and Tommy Fox were present. Jason Ashcroft was not present. Also present were Tina Blais, and Paul Blais.

Changes and Additions to Agenda

None.

Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes

Lewis made the motion to accept the minutes from the March 10, 2020 regular meeting as written. Stone seconded the motion, which passed 4-0.

 Lewis made a motion to accept the regular meeting minutes from September 8, 2020 as written, Stone seconded the motion whish passed 4-0.

 Lewis made a motion to accept the hearing meeting minutes from October 13, 2020 as written; Pusey seconded the motion, which passed 4-0.

 Lewis made a motion to accept the December 8, 2020 hearing meeting minutes as written; Fox seconded the motion, which passed 4-0.
