PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES – DRAFT

JANUARY 10, 2023

CALL TO ORDER:

Chairman Turner Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Other board members present were William Pusey, Kaitlin Stone, & Tommy Fox. Also in attendance were Paul Blais Halifax EMD, & Tina Blais PC Secretary.

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:

None

NEW BUSINESS:

Paul Blais, Halifax EMD was in attendance to talk about updating the town Local Hazard Mitigation Plan. The first step will be to place an ad for bid in the Deerfield Valley News.
