Tyson Dix (Previously owned by Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp.-foreclosure), 61 Collins Road

Listers Tina Blais and Mary Brewster were present at 8:30am with current property owner Tyson Dix.   Tyson Dix submitted a letter requesting a re-evaluation of property. A site visit was scheduled for June 18, 2019 at 7:30am. The result was a lowering of the property value, taking into account that the house had been stripped of flooring, baseboards, bathroom fixtures and more.

Kenneth Lessard, 1474 Branch Road

Listers Tina Blais and Patricia Dow were present at 9:00am, with property owner Kenneth Lessard.   Lessard submitted a letter requesting clarifications of the value of his property. He had gifted the trailer that had been on his property along with .50 acres to Jane Crocker, yet the appropriate values remained on Lessard’s cost sheet. After researching the issue, the Listers were in agreement with Lessard and appropriate changes were made.

Bruce and Linda Swanson, 0322 Amidon Road

Listers Tina Blais and Mary Brewster were present at 6:00PM, with property owners Bruce and Linda Swanson.   The Swanson’s submitted a letter expressing concerns for assessment of old out buildings and an outbuilding that had been taken down. A site visit was scheduled for Tuesday, June 18,2019. The site visit resulted in the removal of the demolished outbuilding and a lowering of per cent good on other buildings.

Listers Tina Blais and Mary Brewster were present at 6:15PM, with property owners Bruce and Linda Swanson. The Swanson’s submitted a letter expressing concerns for assessed value, as the last inspection was 8/27/2002. A site visit was scheduled for Tuesday June 18, 2019. The site visit revealed outbuildings that had fallen down and other outbuildings percent good were too high. The house was assessed at this time, taking into consideration present condition and corrections were made.

Patricia Dow, 100 Sutherland Lane

Listers Tina Blais and Mary Brewster were present at 6:30PM, with property owner Patricia Dow. Dow presented a letter requesting a change in the basement as completely finished. . A site visit was scheduled for Tuesday June 18, 2019. The correct dimensions for the part of the basement that was finished should have been 488sf, not 888sf. The proper correction was made.

John Rossetti, 5245 Jacksonville Stage Road

Listers Tina Blais and Mary Brewster were present at 7:00PM with property owner John Rosetti.   Rossetti presented a letter that expressed concerns for the value of the land. A site visit was scheduled for Tuesday June 18, 2019.   Listers and Rossetti walked the 11.5 acres and found that there were several areas that were very wet with runoff from adjoining field. The land grades were lowered to reflect these findings.

Max Earl, 730 Hubbard Hill (Thomas and Susan DeMatteo previous owners)

Listers Tina Blais and Mary Brewster were present at 8:30PM with property owner Max Earl. Earl presented a letter expressing concerns for the current value of the property, as he paid considerably less for this property. A site visit was scheduled for Tuesday June 18, 2019. A complete re-evaluation was made at this time and appropriate changes were made to include quality and condition, and land grades.
