Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:09 p.m. Zoning Board members Sirean LaFlamme, Brian McNeice, Stephan Chait, and Lynda Lyon were present; Bill Pusey was present on speaker phone, and Attorney Robert Fisher arrived at 6:40 p.m. Secretary Robbin Gabriel was also present.

Changes and/or Additions to the Agenda

Linda Lyon made a motion to defer approval of previous meeting/hearing minutes until a future meeting, in order to focus on the conditional use application. Stephan Chait seconded the motion, which passed, 5-0, roll call as follows: Brian McNeice, aye; Stephan Chait, aye; Sirean LaFlamme, aye; Linda Lyon, aye; Bill Pusey, aye.

New Business

C.A. Denison Lumber, Inc., Conditional Use Permit Application (Deliberative Session)

LaFlamme made a motion to enter deliberative session to consider the C.A. Denison Lumber conditional use permit application. McNeice seconded the motion, which passed, 5-0, roll call as follows: Brian McNeice, aye; Stephan Chait, aye; Sirean LaFlamme, aye; Linda Lyon, aye; Bill Pusey, aye.

The Board exited deliberative session at 10:00 p.m. No decisions were made.

The Board set a date of 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2015, for further deliberation on the application.
