ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES – DRAFT
FEBRUARY 16, 2023
CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Turner Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. Other board members present were William Pusey, Kaitlin Stone, & Thomas Tefft. Also in attendance Tina Blais ZBA Secretary.
CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:
None
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:
The Board approved the minutes from June 14, 2022 as written.
NEW BUSINESS:
– A Hearing date for the Bagley permit # 23-1 was set for March 14th at 7:00 P.M. at the Halifax Town Office. A site visit was planned for 4:30 P.M. before the hearing on March 16, 2023 at 87 Shearer Hill, Halifax VT.
– The Board will look for possible people interested in the Zoning Administrator spot that will be free in March as William Moore is retiring from the position. Lewis stated that he had a conversation with Moore and Moore suggested a possible replacement. Lewis will follow up.
