CALL TO ORDER

Pete Silverberg called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm on 10/30/23. Selectboard members present were Pete Silverberg, Edee Edwards, Karen Christofferson, and Tristan Roberts. Others in attendance in person or remotely were Alison Crossley.

OLD BUSINESS

• Highway Department – Job Descriptions
  • Discussion was had regarding the job descriptions for the highway department from 2002 posted on the Town website.
  • Edee Edwards and Karen Christofferson met with Mike Fournier to discuss job descriptions, but no changes had been made prior to the meeting.
  • Action Item: Edee Edwards & Karen Christofferson will follow up with VLCT and Mike Fournier to confirm outstanding items as discussed.

ADJOURNMENT

Pete Silverberg motioned to adjourn meeting at 8:16pm, seconded by Karen Christofferson. Passed 4-0.
