Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 5:55 p.m. Selectboard members Lewis Sumner and Edee Edwards were present, as were Town Attorney Robert Fisher, Brad Rafus, and Robbin Gabriel.

Changes and/or Additions to Agenda

None.

New Business

Executive Session
Edee Edwards made a motion to enter executive session to discuss Green River Road pavement problems with the town attorney. Lewis Sumner seconded the motion, which passed, 2-0. Brad Rafus and Robbin Gabriel were invited into the executive session.

The Board exited executive session at 6:04 p.m., with no decisions made.

Deliberative Session
Edwards made a motion to enter into deliberative session to discuss several pending issues with the town attorney under client-attorney privilege. Sumner seconded the motion, which passed, 2-0. Rafus and Gabriel were invited into the deliberative session.

The Board exited deliberative session at 6:58 p.m., with no decisions made.
