Selectboard members Lewis Sumner and Bradley Rafus met at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Office, for the purpose of interviewing applicants for a job opening on the Highway Department. Mitchell Green arrived at 7:45. Robbin Gabriel was also present.

Lewis Sumner made a motion to enter executive session to conduct job applicant interviews. Brad Rafus seconded the motion, which passed, 2-0.

The Selectboard entered executive session at 7:01 p.m. Gabriel left the conference room. The Board exited the session at 9:03 p.m., with no decisions made.

Sumner made a motion to enter executive session to discuss employee wages and incentives, and included Gabriel. Mitch Green seconded the motion, which passed, 3-0.

The Board entered executive session at 9:04 p.m., and exited the session at 9:15 p.m., with no decisions made.

Green made a motion to give employees raises based on cost of living and performance, and to raise the Road Commissioner’s pay to $600 a month. Sumner seconded the motion, which passed, 2-0-1. Brad Rafus recused himself from the vote.

Rafus requested an executive session to discuss a personnel issue.

Green made a motion to enter executive session to discuss a personnel issue, with Gabriel included. Rafus seconded the motion, which passed, 3-0.

The Board entered executive session at 9:16 p.m. They exited the session at 9:42, with no decisions made.

The meeting was adjourned at 9.42 p.m.
