Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Selectboard members Lewis Sumner, Mitchell Green, and Bradley Rafus were present, as was Robbin Gabriel.

Executive Session
Lewis Sumner advised the purpose of this meeting was to hold an executive session to address a personnel issue. Rafus said he would recuse himself and be present as Road Commissioner. Sumner made a motion to enter executive session, including Rafus acting as Road Commissioner, and Gabriel as secretary. Green seconded the motion, which passed, 2-0-1.

The Board came out of executive session at 7:47 p.m., with no decisions made.

Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
