SELECTBOARD SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES—DRAFT

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 10:32am. Selectboard members present in person were Lewis Sumner, Pete Silverberg, Tristan Roberts and Cara Cheyette. Others in attendance remotely were Marilyn Allen, Janice Bliss, Stephan Chait, Laurel Copeland, Sue Kelly, Kathy McLean and Chris Parkins.

CHANGES OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA

None.

NEW BUSINESS

Completed first draft of Selectboard Budget. Board will revisit and finalize in January.

OTHER BUSINESS

None.

HEARING OF VISITORS

None.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Motion made and passed to enter executive session for personnel issue at 12:20pm. Board exited executive session at 12:27pm, no decisions made.

Meeting adjourned at 12:27pm.
