Special Meeting Minutes

August 19, 2011

The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Halifax met on Friday, August 19, 2011 at the town office. The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm. Selectboard members present were Edee Edwards and Lewis Sumner. Chairperson John LaFlamme was absent.

Edee Edwards made a motion to go into executive session for a personnel issue. The motion was seconded by Lewis Sumner. The Selectbaord went into executive session at 1:05pm. Donna Young was requested to join the executive session. The Selectbaord came out of executive session at 1:30pm.

No decision was made.
