ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES

MAY 9, 2023

CALL TO ORDER:

Turner Lewis, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM. Planning Commission members also present were William Pusey, Kaitlin Stone & Tommy Fox. Thomas Teft was not in attendance. Others present were Tina Blais, Edee Edwards, & Mike Connelly from WRC.

CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:

None

APPROVAL OF REGULAR MEETING MINUTES:

Fox made a motion to accept the minutes from April 11, 2023, as written. Pusey seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0 with Stone abstaining.

NEW BUSINESS:

The review and updating of Zoning Fees were postponed until June’s meeting.

OLD BUSINESS:

None
