CALL TO ORDER
The meeting of the Selectboard was called to order by Edee Edwards at 6:30 AM. Other Selectboard Members present were Karen Christofferson, Patrick McAllister, Rhonda Ashcraft, and Tristan Roberts. Others present at various times were Keith Stone, Michael Fournier, Ben Barnett, Wade Janovsky, and Daniel Hutchins.
OLD BUSINESS
Edwards noted an intention to place the newspaper ad to legally warn the Special Town Meeting, asking for concurrence and guidance.
HEARING OF VISITORS
None
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Edwards moved to go into executive session for annual employee evaluations of the Highway Department members under 1 VSA § 313 (a) (3) [for] the appointment or employment or evaluation of a public officer or employee, provided that the public body shall make a final decision to hire or appoint a public officer or employee in an open meeting and shall explain the reasons for its final decision during the open meeting. Roberts seconded. The motion passed 5-0.
Members came out of Executive Session at 8:25 AM with no decisions made.
Roberts moved to adjourn. McAllister seconded. The motion passed 5-0.
