CALL TO ORDER at 1:05 pm
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – minutes from special meeting on June 12, 2025, were approved.
CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO AGENDA – add reviewing dates for cemetery activities.
NEW BUSINESS
Review dates for cemetery activities – prep site ahead of meeting cremains client on July 19 at 11:00 am in Niles. Same day, we can install Minerva stone replacement. Overall, let’s meet at 9:00 at Niles for site prep and Minerva stone work.
Voted to enter Executive Session to discuss contract bids on tree felling

OLD BUSINESS
Survey Pennel Hill expansion – we will ask Brad Lackey to survey the back of Pennel Hill and plat new plots arranged as the existing ones are (LS).
We will revise the regulations for our next meeting to allow us to delay opening any cemetery where the ground is soft or wet in May
