CALL TO ORDER
Edee Edwards called the meeting to order at 6:00pm. Other Selectboard members present were Karen Christofferson, Randy Pike, Rhonda Ashcraft and Lori Marchegiani. Members of the public present was Emily Dow.

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
October 20, 2026 Selectboard Regular Meeting Minutes
Marchegiani made a motion to accept the October 20, 2026 Selectboard Regular Meeting Minutes as amended. Pike seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
SELECTBOARD ORDER
The Selectboard orders were signed and Edwards read the aggregate amount for FY27 order #9 on October 20, 2026 for an order total of $12,175.22.
CORRESPONDENCE
Edwards forwarded notice of the Southern Vermont Municipal Leaders Sharing Resources and Services on December 4th to the board.
Edwards forwarded notice to the board from Colin Bratton of Windham Regional Transportation Committee, a workshop on November 9th at 4PM talking about municipal roads general permit and sodium chloride impact.
ADJOURNMENT (not later than 6:40 PM to Count General Election Votes)
Ashcraft made a motion to adjourn at 6:36pm. Marchegiani seconded. Motion passed 5-0.
