Auditor Regular Meeting Minutes
Saturday, November 29, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at the Town Office

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 10:03 a.m. Auditors Sarah L Barnett, April Sumner Dupuis, and Alane Smith were present.

Changes and/or Additions to Agenda

No alterations were made to the agenda.

New Business

Auditors reviewed the town books.  It was a lengthy process.  Auditors did have some follow-up items to discuss with the Treasurer.

Auditors reviewed organizations requesting funds last year and generated letters based on their requests.

Auditors reviewed other items that were presented to the department.

Other Business

Auditors put together the budget for the year.

The number of town reports to be generated and post cards that are to be sent were discussed.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 1:27 p.m.
