Survey logistics
Town has very few email addresses and residents do not like them to be shared
We will move forward with postcards
Town may have budget for costs – question will be brough to SB meeting
Outline of costs below:
600 postcards for ~$50
600 postcard stamps $366
Total cost ~$416
Survey Monkey – free version adequate for our needs
Is there concern about people taking the surveys multiple times? Survey Monkey does have ability to limit per IP address
We have two contact lists: Address list & Registered voter list
Verbiage for postcard itself
Option to click Survey Monkey link or complete a paper survey at the Town Clerk’s office
Next meeting Thursday, 8/28 to address postcards
Postcards will be mailed on 8/29
Expect residents to receive postcards by 9/2
Deadline to respond by 9/12
Add to next meeting agenda: approve meeting minutes for last meeting & current meeting
Schedule next meeting
Next meeting will be at the Town Office Thursday, 8/28 at 6:00 pm.
