MINUTES

February 17, 2010

Call to Order

            The meeting was called to order at 8:27 PM.  Members in attendance were Chair Howard Alboum, Norman Fajans, Craig Stone, Sirean LaFlamme, Brian McNeice, and William Pusey.  Others in attendance were Margo Avakian, and Secretary Phyllis Evanuk.

Approval of Minutes

            Mrs. LaFlamme moved to approve the minutes of the January 13, 2010 meeting as written.

            Mr. McNeice seconded the motion which carried 6-0.

Town Plan

            Mr. Alboum distributed a summary of the sections of the Town Plan that the Commission will be reviewing, with notations on the status of each.  Some need more research than others. 

            It was agreed that further review on the plan would be deferred until the next meeting which will be after Town Meeting.  At that time they will know whether or not the voters have readopted the 2004 Town Plan, and will give them a better sense of the urgency for completing the new one.

            The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 PM.
