ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING MINUTES – DRAFT
October 14, 2025
CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Tom Fox (TF) called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. Other board members present were Matt Gancz (MG), Elijah Summers (ES) and Nancy McCrea (NM). Jessica Cooney, PCZBA Secretary and Edee Edwards were also in attendance. Not in attendance, board member, William Pusey.
CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:
None
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:
The Board approved the minutes from 05/13/2025 without corrections. MG made the motion, 2nd by ES – all ayes
NEW BUSINESS:
TF introduced the board to the new secretary, Jessica Cooney.
Board requested updates on David Brewster’s Subdivision permit.
Jessica Cooney had questions about the distinction between the Planning Commission verus the Zoning Board of Adjustments. TF will look further into the proper separation including asking attorney. Edee Edwards did state that they need to remain separate.
Edee Edwards is looking into a computer for PCZBA secretary to use.
Jessica Cooney passed on the request for an updated Permit Application.
MG requested review of necessary dates of Town Plan for updates.
OLD BUSINESS:
TF requested updates on Gura’s Conditional Use permit.

The meeting adjourned at 7:27 PM. (ES made motion to adjourn, 2nd by NM – all ayes)
