PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES – DRAFT
December 9, 2025
CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Tom Fox (TF) called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Other board members present were Matt Gancz (MG), Bill Pusey (BP), Nancy McCrea (NM), and Elijah Summers (ES) <7:05pm>. Jessica Cooney-PCZBA Secretary, Stephan Chait, David Brewster, and Gregg Orifici, were also in attendance. Attending online was Tina Blais.
CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:
None
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:
The Board approved the minutes from 11/12/2025 without corrections. TF made the motion, 2nd by BP – all ayes
NEW BUSINESS:
Board concluded the Hearing of David Brewster’s Subdivision Permit #25-15:
Board reviewed questions and concerns about property. Brewster, owner, was present and answered inquiries for clarification. MG made a motion to accept Subdivision Permit #25-15. Motion 2nd by TF – all ayes
OLD BUSINESS:
Board set up a meeting to begin working on the Town Plan on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 7pm.
Board discussed the revising and refining of the Zoning Permit Form. An in-depth analysis will be held next regular meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 that would include other Town Board/Committee/Department members.
HEARING OF VISITORS:
Stephan Chait spoke about the Town Plan timeline including a checklist and resources.
Tina Blais, a Town Lister, suggested what needed to be added to the Zoning Permit Form for more efficiency.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting adjourned at 8:27 PM. (TF made motion to adjourn, 2nd by ES – all ayes)
