ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING MINUTES – DRAFT
JANUARY 11, 2024
CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Turner Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:11 PM. Other board members present were William Pusey, Kaitlin Stone, & Tommy Fox. Also in attendance were William Blaine, Kyle Farnsworth and Tina Blais ZBA Secretary by phone.
CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:
None
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:
The Board approved the minutes from September 12th as written.
NEW BUSINESS:
– William Blaine attended the meeting enquiring about the Conditional Use violation letter that he received in the mail. Blaine explained to the board that he does not run an auto repair business out of his home, as the violation stated. A short discussion ensued between Blaine and the board.
Fox made a motion to disregard the Conditional Use Violation notice as there is not enough proof that Blaine is running an auto repair business out of his home. Stone seconded. Motion passed 4-0.
– A Hearing date for the McQuade Subdivision permit # 23-30 was set for February 1t, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. at the Halifax Town Office.
