GMP has completed its activities that require road closures, as well as put an initial 2″ of gravel on all roads they worked on in 2025. At this time, only electric work is happening on Jacksonville Stage Road, so you will still see crews and flaggers out for that. That work is slated to be finished Nov. 15, 2025. (updated from 11/3 on 10/25).
The final 4″ of finish gravel on the roads where underground work happened in 2025 will be completed as soon as practicable next year after mud season ends May 15, 2026.
