REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

March 4, 2014

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm at the town office.  Board members in attendance were Earl Holtz and Edee Edwards. Jessica Bruno was also in attendance.

Selectmen’s Order to Town Treasurer for bill payment

The order for payment of bills was completed and signed. The highway orders were also reviewed and signed. It was noted that the VLCT property and casualty insurance bill was added to the highway orders and Rafus will need to sign the change.

Other Business

A resident from Guilford e-mailed regarding damage as a result of the Halifax grader. The Selectboard will put this issue on a future agenda.
