Location: Halifax Town Garage

Present: Lewis Sumner, Edee Edwards, Earl Holtz, Brad Rafus, Travis Briggs, Michael Fournier, Keith Stone, and Ben Barnett.

Meeting opened at: 8:01 AM

The road department billing was processed and completed.

Edwards made a motion to go into executive section to review each member of  the road crew. Motion was seconded by Holtz and the selectboard passed the motion 3/0/0, with no further comments.

The selectboard came out of executive section at 10:15 AM with no other business discussed.

The meeting was then adjourned.
