SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
July 31, 2014
The special meeting was called to order at 8:15 AM at the Town Office. Board members in attendance were Lewis Sumner, Earl Holtz and Edee Edwards. Also in attendance was John Brimmer.
Edwards made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel issue. Holtz seconded the motion, which carried 3-0. John Brimmer was invited into executive session.
The meeting came out of executive session at 8:52 am. No decisions were made.
Agenda items for the upcoming August 5th meeting were listed.
John Brimmer gave the Selectboard a letter resigning from the Planning Commission effective August 1, 2014, but asking to remain a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
