SELECTBOARD SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
September 18, 2014
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM. Selectboard members Lewis Sumner, Edee Edwards and Earl Holtz were present.
Changes and/or Additions to Agenda
None.
New Business
The selectboard went into executive session for the purpose of interviewing a candidate for the position of “Administrative Assistant to the Selectboard” at 6:30 PM
No decisions were made.
Selectboard exited the executive section at 8:35 PM.
Hearing of Visitors
None present.
It was agreed to add the following to the 29th agenda:
- Bookkeeping
- Admin Ass’t to start on the 15 Oct?
- Cite references to the Winter Road Policy.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 PM.
