Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 8:33 a.m. Selectboard members Lewis Sumner, Earl Holtz, and Edee Edwards were present, as was Robbin Gabriel.

Changes and/or Additions to Agenda

The Board agreed to hold off on the trenching status at the town garage discussion, as Brad Rafus was not present. Likewise the Selectboard’s report for the annual town report; Edwards doesn’t have a draft yet.

New Business

FY15 Budget Preparation
The Board returned to their line item perusal of the Selectboard portion of the budget. This had been partially reviewed at the December 6^th meeting. Once the Selectboard budget was completed they moved on to the remaining items on the Highway Department budget, and by noon had worked through all those line items. Now that a first draft has been produced the Board will–at future meetings–adjust, revise, and incorporate further information they expect to receive in the next few weeks.

Hearing of Visitors

None.

Old Business

Sumner reported having received a phone call from Sandri advising they accepted the town’s cancellation of the fuel contract.
