Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:01 p.m. Selectboard members Lewis Sumner, Earl Holtz, and Edee Edwards were present, as was Robbin Gabriel.

Changes and/or Additions to Agenda

No alterations were made to the agenda.

New Business

Due to Town Meeting Day and the polls being open, this was an abbreviated meeting held solely for the purpose of signing orders.

Selectboard’s Order to the Treasurer for Bill Payment
The Selectboard’s Order to the Treasurer and the highway orders were reviewed and signed.

Hearing of Visitors

None.

Correspondence

Edwards noted a mailer from VLCT announcing a class on how to write construction contracts. She would like to discuss this at the next meeting.
