Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 5:40 p.m. Selectboard members Lewis Sumner, Doug Grob, and Edee Edwards were present, as were Town Attorney Robert Fisher, Joe Tamburrino, and Robbin Gabriel.

Changes and Additions to Agenda

Lewis Sumner said they would hear visitors first, as the Board was about to begin a deliberative session. Joe Tamburrino made a brief statement, saying he believed it was important that the Board change the classification of Sumner Farm Road from Class 4 to Class 3, to save the town money and keep the last dairy farm in the town of Halifax open.

Deliberative Session with Town Attorney Robert Fisher to Discuss Road Reclassification Decisions
Edee Edwards made a motion that the Board enter deliberative session to discuss the reclassification of Sumner Farm and Weir Roads with town counsel. Doug Grob seconded the motion, which passed, 3-0. The Selectboard went into deliberative session at 5:43 p.m.

The Board exited deliberative session at 6:53 p.m.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 6:54 p.m.
