SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
August 10, 2015

The meeting was called to order at 3:00 PM at the Halifax Town Garage. Board members in attendance were Lewis Sumner, Doug Grob and Edee Edwards. Town Highway Department staff Brad Rafus, Keith Stone, Mike Fournier, Ben Barnett, and Travis Briggs were also present.

Town Employee Reviews

Edwards made a motion to enter executive session for the purpose of doing Town Employee performance reviews. Sumner seconded the motion, which carried 3-0.

Each town employee was invited into executive session individually.

At 5:45 pm, the board came out of executive session. No decisions were made.

Hearing of Visitors

None present.

The meeting adjourned at 5:47 p.m.
